You may find it tempting to order a smaller size to make your waist as tiny as possible. But the Zeta Curves waist trainers are already designed to make your waist as small as it will get, based on your current waist size. Plus, waist trainers tend to run small! Expect even the correct size to feel tight at first.
HOW TO MEASURE CORRECTLY
*Use a soft measuring tape to measure your waist circumference. Make sure that the measuring tape is not too loose or not too tight when making the measurement.
*Stand straight, holding the measuring tape parallel to the ground, without sucking your stomach inwards. One end of the measuring tape should be at zero (0) and the other end will give you the measurement.
*Measure to the point where the waist is thinner, ie where it makes its natural curve. This point is usually 3-4 fingers higher than the belly button.
*If you are already in a weight loss program, choose the size according to the dimension you have now and not according to what you think you will have in a while. Only in this way will you be able to get the desired results from your waist trainer.
*Do not measure yourself on a full stomach. The best time to measure is just before having lunch. To get an accurate measurement, you need to remove any layers of clothing blocking your waist line.
*ATTENTION: If the measurement on the belly exceeds the limits corresponding to the waist size then you have to choose based on the measurement of the belly. For example, if the waist measurement is 75cm, but the measurement on the be3lly is 87cm then the appropriate size is L.
